All Office Ignition modules are developed and designed with the end user in mind - ensuring that all requirements are met in a flexible environment, catering for every need of a project. Most of the modules available under Office Ignition function independantly from each other, and thus can be mixed and matched to suit your specific needs or project requirements. For the sake of illustration, we have grouped the modules into specific categories as below.

Website & Intranet CMS / Content Management System

Easy to use web Content Management System. Do you dream of having a featured pack dynamic website, where you can edit and modify all the content through an easy to use control panel? This may be to simple functions like editing some text, updating news articles, adding downloads and gallery images or more advanced functions like managing your member section with user previlages, adding and removing content pages and sections or communicating with your client database using Email templates or SMS. Whatever your requirements, we are positive it can be implimented quickly, without fuss or huge development costs by making use of our modular CMS system. Find everything you need, and more below:

You'll be able to manage and create your own custom fields to cater for any information you would like to store. You can decide whether your Members need to login to your site to retrieve important information or to read additional information not for public viewing.

Upload all those important information directly onto your website. Visitors will have a reason to return to your site. The CMS will dynamically archive old Newsletters and you can decide which News Article to feature on your Homepage. Add website and email links, images and documents to any Article.

Downloads Module will make it easier to upload all your Documentation into one central Library. From here you can link any Document to News Articles, Venues or Events. You can even select which documents only your Members will be able to view.

Add, Edit and Manage all your Events. Once an Events has reached it's End date the CMS will dynamically remove it from your website. The Events Module works in tandem with the Venue module.

Add, Edit and Manage all your venues. Once you've added a Venue you can reuse all the details for any Event listed.

Once you've loaded an Event and Venue the RSVP module will ensure all the Members you're inviting can RSVP directly from the Invitation Email. All you have to do is login and download all the RSVP details as an Excel Spreadsheet.

Upload all your own images onto your website with the Gallery Module. This module will dynamically create a thumbnail and larger image according to your specifications.

Get your Member database talking to you and to each other. Introduce your own topics, control responses and close Forum topics all via the Forums Module.

Activate the Notice Board Module if you'd like to communicate with only specific members in your Member Database. As the Communication Module can only communicate with Member Groups the advantage of the Notice Board module would be to upload quotations, invoice and other sensitive material for one specific Member/Client.

The Queries/Feedback Module will ensure all comments from the website will be stored within an SQL database and can only be accessed via your Control Panel. You'll be able to post reply comments and be able to design your own Feedback/Query form.

The Communication Module works with the Member Module. Once you've loaded all your Members and purchase Communication Credits, you'll be able to SMS or send Personalised Emails to your database. Email templates will be designed and loaded from where you can compose your own Monthly, NewsFlash or New Product Newsletters.

These are ordered when you activate your Communication Module. There is no limit to how many Email templates we can design for you. These templates will form the basis of all Email Communication you send via your website. You are able to switch between templates with the click of a mouse.

The Competitions Module will invite visitors to your website to enter and win big prizes. You'll be able to create your own Entry Form. The CMS will capture and save all the entries and will even help you choose a winner at the Closing date, before removing the competition at a scheduled date.

The Property Module will list all your properties on your website and you can even indicate which properties are On Show this coming Sunday. Create and link Agents to properties, upload images, descriptions and mark them as sold once the deal is sealed.

The Products Module will enable to you upload any type of product onto your website. Custom fields can be created to identify each product uniquely. Up to three tier navigation has been provided. Images and Document from the various Libraries can be linked to any Product.

The Person Module caters for entities within your organization which you would like to link to a Product. i.e. Manufacturer, Artist or even a Representative (staff). Person Module will capture personal and contact details and display the information alongside the Product it’s associated with.

Depending on your CMS privileges you can allow various sources to edit, add and remove content from your site. Add any amount of pages, structure them and publish them once you are satisfied that everything is in order. Building and maintaining your custom site, has never been easier.

Admin will be able to create the entire Navigation of the site and link various Modules and Content Pages to the navigation to display all dynamic content. The navigation builder also dynamically updates your sitemap, and footer links, great for larger sites that require constant maintenance.
